The Lee Mathews Private Sale is for email subscribers only, offering 50% off selected styles. Offer is valid from 9am EADT Monday 21, November to 9am EADT Wednesday 23, November. Offer is valid on all products within the 'Private Sale' collection, discount applies with the prescribed code at checkout. Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount code. Lee Mathews is not obliged to reimburse any discount amount for orders placed outside of the promotional timeframe.

PAYMENT

Payments can be made by credit card using Shopify Payments, or with Paypal across all regions. Klarna, Afterpay and LayBuy are available to USA residents, and allows you to buy now and pay in four instalments, interest free. LayBuy is available to customers in the UK and Afterpay is available to customers in Canada and Hong Kong.

RETURNS

We happily accept returns within 14 days of receipt for any item purchased from the Lee Mathews online store that meets the criteria of our online returns policy.

Returned items must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition with all original tags and packaging intact. If you are returning intimates or swimwear please ensure the hygiene slip hasn’t been removed. Lee Mathews does not accept returns for books, perfumes, beauty products or earrings.Lee Mathews reserves the right to reject any items returned that do not comply with our returns policy and may return the item to sender.

For the return of full-priced items customers are eligible for either an exchange, refund or credit voucher. For the return of markdown product customers are eligible for a credit note or exchange only unless stated otherwise within the product description.

To request a return, please visit the "Request A Return or Exchange" page and follow the steps to complete your return. You will then be given instructions on how to send your return back to us.

SALE & DISCONTINUED ITEMS

Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds on any product that's been marked down, unless faulty or damaged. Sale items may be returned for exchange or credit note only.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Final sale refers to items that are marked to clear with a discount of 60% off or more . Final sale items are not eligible for return, unless in the event of the item being faulty. You will be notified at checkout if the item you are purchasing is final sale, with a final sale notice on the product also. We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment and reaching out to our online team for assistance prior to purchasing for size and style advice. By purchasing a final sale item, you agree to these terms.

DISCOUNT CODES

From time to time, Lee Mathews offers promotional discounts in the form of discount or coupon codes. Terms associated with each code will be listed in conjunction with the promotional event and timeframe. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, and there is no cash alternative. To apply a coupon or discount code, the code must be applied at checkout. Lee Mathews is not obliged to reimburse or refund a voucher amount to any order placed without a discount code and cannot apply codes to orders retrospectively.

FAULTY ITEMS

Faulty or incorrect items will be refunded and LM will pay the postage costs for replacement items. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. LM reserves the right to inspect returned items and deny refund if the garments are in saleable condition. To avoid damage to garments, please remove jewellery before trying on garments and leave all tags and accessories attached until you are happy with your purchase. CURRENCY

All prices are shown on us.leemathews.com.au are in US Dollars (USD). You may choose to display prices in your local currency, however you will be charged in USD at checkout.

PRICES & IMAGERY

Lee Mathews reserves the right to alter, update or change the pricing of any item available on the site at any time. In certain circumstances, Lee Mathews reserves the right to cancel or reject your order. This may happen where the requested product is unavailable, or if there is an error in the pricing or the product description posted on the site.

Lee Mathews makes every effort to display and inform you as accurately as possible on our product colours, sizes, cut, fit, make and general product descriptions. In terms of colour display for our products; computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices’ resolution may vary and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate. In relevance to varying sizes, cuts and shapes displayed via the images on the site and featured on our models we cannot guarantee they will fit you exactly the same, as each individual body is different and treat each individual piece differently.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

If goods are lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us at online@leemathews.com.au within 7 working days of placing your order so that we can investigate the surrounding circumstances. We will make all reasonable attempts to assist with the location of your order, and assist with the re-delivery and return of items not received. Once the item has been processed through our third party vendor for dispatch, all lost/damaged packages must be reviewed and communicated via the vendor, with our assistance.
