Orders

Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

If you notice something is incorrect on your order after it has been placed, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to change or amend the order, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this. We are unable to make any changes once your order has been dispatched.

Where do you fulfil orders from?

Most orders are shipped from our Sydney warehouse. On occasion, an order may be sent from one of our store locations.

How long will it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day. The items in your order may be dispatched from a Lee Mathews store, which will require additional processing time.

During sale and promotion periods, there may be an additional processing time of up to 3-4 business days. Please contact our online customer care team if you have any questions about your order, and we will be more than happy to provide an update.

How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to your nominated email address. You can also log in to your LM account to check the status of your order.

Can you ship two orders together?

Unfortunately, we are unable to combine orders once placed.

Is it possible to place an order over the phone?

Our customer care team are happy to help you place an order over the phone. They can be reached Monday - Friday from 9 am -5 pm AEST at +61 418 114 745.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and other payment methods such as Apple Pay, PayPal, Afterpay and Klarna. During the checkout process, the supported payment methods will be displayed.

Can I use two discount codes at the same time?

Unfortunately, only one discount code can be used in any single transaction.

What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is a buy now, pay later system that allows you to pay for your order in four interest-free fortnightly instalments. Afterpay is available to our Australian and New Zealand customers. For further information on Afterpay, please visit their website.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, for Australian and New Zealand orders, we offer free standard shipping for orders over $500 and free express shipping for orders over $1,000.

For international orders, we offer free express shipping for orders over $500. For orders under $500, we have several shipping options available here.

What shipping services do you use?

For Australian and New Zealand orders, we ship via Australia Post. For international orders, we ship via DHL International Express.

Do I need to pay Duties & Taxes?

We offer transparent international pricing with duties and taxes calculated at checkout based on your shipping location.

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items you are purchasing and the order destination, and include the sales tax applied by your country for purchases from Australia, and any other duties incurred for processing by your country. These duties and taxes are added to your order at checkout in addition to shipping. By pre-paying at the time of purchase, you will not encounter any further fees on delivery.

For New Zealand orders under NZD $1000 Lee Mathews will collect 15% GST at checkout on behalf of New Zealand customs. No duties, import transaction fees, or GST will be collected with the arrival of your package into New Zealand.

For orders over NZD $1000, duties, GST and import transaction fees will be collected at the destination border by New Zealand customs, and this is the responsibility of the customer.

Do you deliver to PO boxes and parcel lockers?

Yes, we can deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers in Australia and New Zealand.

My shipment is taking longer than expected. What do I do?

Please check your tracking information for transit updates, otherwise please contact our online customer care team at online@leemathews.com.au or call us on +61 418 114 745.

Returns

How do I make a return?

Request your return here, follow the steps, and a return label will automatically be generated for you. Stick the label to the parcel with your returned items and the order invoice included, and return to an Australia Post branch or post box.

For New Zealand returns, you will be emailed your return label once completing your return request with further details.

What happens if an order arrives and an item is faulty?

In the rare occasion that you receive a faulty item, please contact our online customer care team at online@leemathews.com.au or call us on +61 418 114 745, and we will find a resolution for you.

Do you offer free returns?

We offer free exchanges and credit notes for returns within 14 days of receipt. If your return qualifies for a refund and you would like to receive this form of remuneration, $10 will be deducted from your refund amount to cover return shipping.

For New Zealand returns, we will provide you with a returns label and deduct a flat rate return fee of $20.00 from your refund amount. Returns for exchange or credit note are free.

For international returns, we will provide you with a returns label and deduct a flat rate return fee of $40.00 from your refund amount. Returns for exchange or credit note are free.

Can I return my online order to a Lee Mathews store?

We are unable to accept online returns in our stores.

I've purchased something on sale, can I return it?

Sale items may be returned for a size exchange or credit note only, unless deemed as final sale. For our full returns policy, please visit our shipping and returns page.

When will I receive my exchange, credit note or refund?

Exchanges will be processed as soon as Australia Post has received and processed your return parcel. At this time the new size will be added to an order and we will ship the item accordingly. Please note that your new size is not reserved until it has been scanned as 'in transit' with Australia Post. We advise dropping your return off with Australia Post as soon as possible to avoid the item selling out.

Once your return has been received, please allow up to 5 business days for the return to be processed and appropriate remuneration issued.

For refunds, please allow 5 business days for the funds to clear back into the appropriate account. Alternatively, if you are due to receive a credit note, you will receive this immediately after processing via email.

Credit notes & Gift Vouchers

Can I use my online credit note in-store?

Online credit notes can only be used online at leemathews.com.au. If you would like your credit note transferred to an in-store credit, please contact us at online@leemathews.com.au so we can arrange this.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, we do! We have a range of E-Gift Card options available that can be purchased here. To purchase an in-store voucher, please contact your local store.

How long are credit notes & gift vouchers valid for?

Online credit notes & gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from issue.

Product information & Sizing

How do I determine my size?

We offer individual size measurements for each garment online. Please click “view this item’s measurements” to see more information. We suggest measuring a similar item you have in your wardrobe to determine which size is best for you. For a general size guide and conversion chart, please visit our size chart.

My size is sold out online, can I be notified if it comes back into stock

Yes, absolutely. Please select the sold-out size you wish to purchase, and sign up with your email address to be notified if a return is made, or if we restock this style. You will be notified by email as soon as it is available again.

How can I find out if an item is available in one of your stores?

You can see if your selected size and style are available in store by clicking “Find this item in store” in the right-hand product information of your selected size and style. Otherwise, please contact our online team, and we will be happy to locate an item for you.

How do I care for my Lee Mathews item?

All Lee Mathews garments come with appropriate care instructions; please strictly adhere to these in order to keep your garment in premium condition. We also recommend removing all jewellery prior to putting on or taking off your garments to avoid damaging your garments.
