Shipping + Returns
We ship worldwide from our head office in Sydney, Australia. All orders are shipped with DHL Express International. We offer free shipping on all orders over $300. All orders under $300 will be charged at a flat rate of $20 USD.
You can expect delivery within 3-5 days for major metro areas.
Any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer. In instances where the duties and taxes are refused and the parcel is returned to Lee Mathews a $25 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Online Footwear Jumble Sale Return Policy
All footwear styles sold as part of the Online Footwear Jumble Sale are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty. All styles have been measured for your shopping convenience. Please measure the sole of a similar pair of shoes to find the best size for you.
Online Return Policy
At Lee Mathews we will happily accept returns within 14 days of receipt for any item purchased from the Lee Mathews online store that meets the criteria of our online returns policy.
Returned items must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition with all original tags and packaging intact. If you are returning intimates or swimwear please ensure the hygiene slip hasn’t been removed. Items that are returned otherwise, may be rejected and returned to the customer.
Returns are not eligible on skincare or earrings for hygiene reasons.
For the return of full-priced items customers are eligible for either a refund or credit voucher. For the return of discounted product whether it be on permanent markdown or a promotional sale customers are eligible for a credit note only unless stated otherwise within the product description.
Please note that all return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and at their expense.
Submitting a Return

When sending your return back to us please re-package the item/s in the original box or find suitable alternative packaging. Please include in the box the item/s to be returned with all tags attached and your order invoice.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and our return address will be provided by email when your return request has been approved.
We recommend using a trackable, registered or insured postal service as Lee Mathews is not responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Once we’ve received your return please allow 5 business days for the return to be processed and appropriate remuneration to be issued.

All garments and items sent for online orders are quality checked before dispatch. In the unlikely occurrence that you receive an item that is less than perfect please contact our online customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org with images and a description of the fault. If you have received your online order and the contents don’t match what you ordered please contact our online customer care team immediately at email@example.com or call +612 9997 3787.
If your order qualifies for a refund you will be credited back on the original payment method. Please allow 5 business days once the refund has been issued for this amount to appear in the relevant account.
If you made your purchase using an online gift or credit voucher you will be issued a new credit voucher.
Credit vouchers will be issued for the return of discounted product. This includes items that have been marked down and items sold as part of a promotional sale. All credit vouchers will be emailed to the recipient and are valid for 3 years.
