"When I am not working in our venues I love to cook at home. Sometimes I feel that I like the process of cooking and food preparation more than the meal itself! Part of the routine is after the grocery shop, I put on music and dance and sing along. Whilst the playlists are always changing, the enjoyment remains the same. Dancing brings out so many endorphins but as an adult you get less and less opportunities to do so. I am sure that I entertain our neighbours!" - Biànca Marchi
